Special Tuning not giving up on BTCC

Special Tuning Racing is still hoping to compete in the 2012 British Touring Car Championship, despite the lack of a deal with less than three weeks until the start of the season. STR, which ran two turbocharged SEAT Leons in the series last year, has expanded into the World Touring Car Championship this season. It had hoped to continue in the BTCC, but STR's Tom Boardman confirmed deals have been hard to come by
